The print(s) must be returned in the state that they were received, in their original packaging accompanied by the bill. ILEX will reimburse shipping and insurance costs. Money back guarantee If for whatever reason you decide to return purchased print(s), you may do so within 10 days of receiving the item. ILEX will refund the full amount of the purchase price for any item returned in good condition. ILEX provides white cotton gloves with each print for you to use when handling your photographs and to protect your print from unseemly smudges and marks. Print(s) returned incomplete, broken, damaged or dirty will not be accepted. Print(s) must be returned in the complete and original packaging with the bill within 10 days. In the case of incorrect delivery, ILEX covers shipping and insurance, in all other cases the customer assumes these costs.
